Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book?
Just send us an enquiry via our website or email us directly. Once we’ve confirmed availability and discussed your needs, we’ll send you a quote and booking details.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit (this includes a non-refundable £50 booking fee) is required to secure your date. The balance is due at least 2 weeks before the event.
Q: Can I make changes after booking?
We’ll always try to accommodate reasonable changes, especially if made well in advance. Final details are usually confirmed (7–14 days) before your event.
Food & Allergies
Q: Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes – we can provide vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options upon request. Please let us know when booking so we can accommodate accordingly.
Q: Are your products allergen-free?
Our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. We recommend guests with severe allergies avoid consumption.
Q: How long can the food be left out?
We recommend consuming graze displays within 4 hours of set-up, in accordance with food safety guidelines. Cheese towers should be refrigerated until display and consumed within a safe time window.
Set-Up & Hire Items
Q: How long does set-up take?
Set-up time varies based on your package, but typically takes between 1–2 hours. We’ll agree an arrival time with you in advance.
Q: Do you supply boards, props or styling?
Yes — some of our packages include styling with boards, foliage, stands and serving props. These must be returned or collected in good condition.
Q: What do I need to provide?
A clean, accessible space for us to set up, ideally indoors or under cover. If you're booking a food cart, access for unloading and nearby parking is also helpful.
Cheese Towers
Q: What is a cheese tower?
A cheese tower (or cheese "cake") is a tiered stack of whole cheese wheels, styled like a traditional wedding cake. We decorate it with fruits, flowers, and foliage to match your theme.
Q: Can we customise the cheeses?
Absolutely! We’ll recommend a selection based on your preferences — from creamy brie to bold blue. You can also choose the number of tiers.
Delivery & Collection
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes — we offer local delivery and set-up. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and booking.
Q: Do you collect the items afterwards?
Yes — if you’ve hired props, boards or a cart, we’ll arrange a collection time. You’re responsible for ensuring items are returned clean and undamaged.
Cancellations & Refunds
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made:
* More than 14 days in advance = refund (minus £50 booking fee)
* 7–14 days = 50% refund
* Less than 7 days = no refund
