Hello, I’m Nia - the face behind Rose & Rind

With over 12 years of experience in my family’s award-winning cheese business, Two Hoots Cheese, I’ve spent much of my life surrounded by artisan British cheese - and I’ve loved every minute of it!

You might recognise our cheeses like Barkham Blue. My role at Two Hoots wasn’t just hands-on in the dairy, I also discovered a passion for designing beautiful cheese towers for weddings and events, I even created our own wedding cheese tower back in 2015.

When our family business was sold in 2024, I knew I wasn’t quite done with cheese. In fact, I felt more inspired than ever. That’s when Rose & Rind was created, it was a way to combine my knowledge of artisan cheese with a love for styling, hospitality, and curated food experiences.

Today, I specialise in:

* Bespoke cheese towers – edible centrepieces using the finest British cheeses.

* Curated grazing tables – abundant, seasonal displays perfect for sharing.

* A mobile food cart – ideal for events where you want something interactive and unique.

What makes Rose & Rind special is the personal touch. I work closely with every client, whether you're planning a wedding, party, corporate event or small gathering.
