Please note:
* Setup typically takes between 1-2 hours.
* The food cart should be displayed in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators or open fires.
* In line with Food Standards Agency guidelines, cheese and other chilled food should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours and should be disposed of after this time.
