Welcome to Rose & Rind. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers purchasing our products and services, including graze tables, cheese towers, and food carts.
By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products and Services
We offer the following services and products:
* Graze tables
* Cheese towers
* Food cart hire
All items are made to order and tailored to your event. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and Payment
* Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.
* A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
* The balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the event.
* Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
* Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any payment made, minus the £50 non-refundable booking fee.
* Cancellations made between 7-14 days of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
* In the event we need to cancel (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.
5. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
* While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
* We cannot guarantee any item is entirely allergen-free. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of any allergens.
6. Delivery & Setup
* Delivery is available within Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, but there may be a delivery charge depending on distance.
* Set-up times will be agreed in advance. The customer must ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.
* Once set up, we are not responsible for any interference with or damage to the display.
7. Hire Items
Any props, boards, or serving equipment provided remain our property unless otherwise agreed:
* Items must be returned/collected in the condition they were delivered.
* Damaged or missing items may incur replacement charges.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
* Ensuring all information provided is accurate.
* Supervising children near grazing tables or food carts.
* Safe consumption of all food items.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
* Delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic, illness).
* Allergic reactions or health issues not previously disclosed.
* Damage once set-up is complete and handed over to the client.
10. Website Use
All content on our website, including text, photos, branding, and logos, is the property of Rose & Rind and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (e.g. during bookings) will be handled in line with our [Privacy Policy link] and UK GDPR requirements.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
